Clash.gg SWEEPSTAKES GAMES AND FEATURES

  • 4.1. Cases: The participant can open virtual “cases” (each a “Case”) that contain various digital representations of real-world items (each an “Item”). A participant can click on a Case to view its contents; each Item is on display and given a cash value. Any Case can be “opened” for a price, which is on display and determined by the value of the Case’s contents. The participant can pay Gems to open the Case, at which time all Items are spun through a reel at the top of the screen and the participant wins the Item that’s on display (a “Winning”) when the reel stops spinning. The Item on display when the reel stops is chosen randomly.
  • 4.2. Battles: Battle mode features multiple games in which the participant and one or more other participants, or bots, simultaneously open an identical Case (or multiple identical Cases) with the Winning(s) awarded to the winner(s).
  • 4.3. Upgrades: The participant can select any Item in any Case and play for a chance to win that Item. The outcomes are determined randomly. The odds of winning the Item depend on how much the participant wants to pay (the higher the price, the better the odds). The participant selects the odds (and the price) he or she wants and clicks the “Upgrade” button to find out whether he or she has won the Item.
  • 4.4. Tiles: In the Tiles game, participants select tiles from a grid to reveal hidden multipliers. The participant can choose the number of tiles they wish to reveal and the amount of Gems they wish to risk. The potential payout is determined by the multipliers revealed on the tiles. The game ends when the participant chooses to stop or reveals a tile that ends the game. The odds of winning and the potential payout are displayed before the participant confirms their selection.
  • 4.5. Plinko: In the Plinko game, participants drop a ball from the top of a Plinko board, and the ball bounces through a series of pegs before landing in a slot at the bottom. Each slot corresponds to a different payout multiplier. The participant selects the amount of Gems they wish to risk, and the potential payout is determined by the slot in which the ball lands. The odds of winning and the potential payout are displayed before the participant confirms their selection.
  • 4.6. Mines: In the Mines game, participants select a number of tiles to reveal on a grid, with the goal of avoiding hidden "mines." The participant can choose the number of mines hidden on the grid and the amount of Gems they wish to risk. The potential payout increases as more tiles are revealed without hitting a mine. If a participant reveals a mine, the game ends, and the participant loses their staked Gems. The odds of winning and the potential payout are displayed before the participant confirms their selection.
  • 4.7. Jackpot: In the Jackpot game, participants can risk a selected amount of Gems against other users for a chance to win a jackpot prize. The jackpot prize pool is determined by the total amount of Gems staked by all participants in the game. The winner is selected randomly, and the odds of winning are proportional to the amount of Gems staked by each participant relative to the total amount staked in the game.
  • 4.8. Roll: In the Roll game, a participant may select the amount of Gems they wish to risk, along with the odds and potential payout they would like to target. The game randomly generates a result, and if the result matches the participant’s selected parameters, the participant wins the corresponding payout. The odds of winning and the potential payout are displayed before the participant confirms their selection.
  • 4.9. Double: In the Double game, a participant can select a side (e.g., "CT" or "T") or an option in the middle (e.g., "Green") to earn a specified multiplier. The multiplier is determined randomly, and the participant’s winnings are calculated based on the amount of Gems staked and the multiplier awarded. The odds of winning and the potential payout are displayed before the participant confirms their selection.
  • 4.10. Missions: The participant can receive Gems by completing “Missions,” such as joining the Case discord group, winning a battle or by reaching a certain Level.
  • 4.11. Levels: Each participant is placed on Level 1 upon registering as a user and gradually progresses to higher levels based on the accumulative amount of Coins and/or Gems tokens that he or she spends on cases. The Levels serve two purposes: (i) they enable to display their achievements to other players and (ii) progressing to higher levels enables participants to complete more Missions.
  • 4.12. Free Play: A pot of 2,500 Coins and 25 Gems Tokens, plus a percentage of all money spent on Coin purchases during each thirty (30)-minute “Free Play” period is split among all Free Play participants. To qualify for Free Play, a user must either reach Level 10 or higher or complete the Clash.gg KYC procedure. At the end of the Free Play period, the pot is divided among Free Play participants, with each Free Play participant receiving a portion of the pot equal to the amount of Gems such participant staked during the period in proportion to the amount the other participants staked.
